For the manufacture of this device, you will need two pieces of a profile pipe 25 cm long, a piece of a channel 10-15 cm long, two bolts with nuts.
First of all, it will be necessary with the help of a grinder or on a cutting machine to cut off the edges of profile pipes at an angle of 45 degrees. Then two pieces must be welded together at right angles.

Next, the author cuts a piece of the channel length of about 10-15 cm. In it (in one of the shelves) you need to drill two holes for the bolts and cut the thread.
The author tightens two nuts on the bolts, and then welds them. Then it remains only to weld the part from the profile pipes to the channel as shown in the photo below.
