Surely each of us faced such a problem that there is no time to fully eat! Such periods are very harmful to our body, and threaten various diseases of the stomach. But fortunately, I found a very good way to avoid all this! Make yourself Energy Bars. This dish is prepared very quickly and simply! And most importantly, it reduces the risk of undermining your health!
And so, for cooking we need:
  • Oatmeal -200 g
  • Banana -1 pcs.
  • Nuts -100 g.
  • Raisins - 50 g.
  • Honey 80 g

First of all, pour boiling water over raisins and let stand for 5 minutes in order to wash all the dirt.

In the meantime, we take 80 grams of honey and put it in a water bath, while the honey will become more fluid and the cooking process will be much easier.

Well, the third preparatory stage is the lock of oatmeal. They need to pour a glass of milk and leave for five minutes! If you skip this step and use dry cereal, our bar will be dry and it will not be so pleasant to eat it.

The time has come for raisins! If you have a blender, then load it there and chop it, but if this is not possible, then cut it with a knife in half and put it in a deep plate! In principle, you can not cut, but then the raisins should be quite small!

Nuts also need to be chopped!
Take a sheet of paper, fold in half and put nuts in it. Then roll a rolling pin!
And in the end, we get nuts of a smaller fraction.

After 5 minutes! We squeeze our oat-flakes from excess milk, and put it on a plate.

Do not forget about the banana. It is first mode sliced, and then with the help of a fork we press until a uniform mass is obtained.

When all the ingredients are in the plate, remove the honey from the bath and pour it into the plate as well. After that, mix everything very well! If the mass is poorly mixed, then the bar will not be uniform, and therefore not so tasty.

When everything is ready. We put the oven to heat up, up to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, spread the mass on a baking sheet and level it with a spoon to a thickness of 8-10 mm. And put in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

After time, we take out the dish and cut into pieces of 10 cm. Important! Cut the bars in a hot state, because after cooling - this will be problematic.

That's all our nutritious dish is ready! It is very convenient to take with you to school or work.

PS: This is the easiest recipe for an energy bar! Its ingredients can be varied or even changed! You can, for example, remove the banana, put dried apricots, prunes, dates there. You can put a little chocolate, then the bar will get a very pleasant smell.
