From an empty cylinder of mounting foam, you can make a useful device for cleaning the gun. The obvious advantage of this homemade product is the low cost of manufacturing. Of course, you can give 120-160 rubles for washing, but if you want to save, then such an adaptation in the household will not be superfluous.
The main stages of work
To begin with, we arm ourselves with a grinder with a cutting disc and cut off the upper part from an empty cylinder. The edges of the neck need to be cleaned with an emery machine or file to remove burrs, as well as align the outer surface.
Strictly in the center we drill a hole with a diameter of 4 mm. The next step will require a syringe with a volume of at least 20 ml. Then we grease the nozzle of the syringe with “Moment” glue (or with any other quick-drying glue) and insert it into the drilled hole in the neck of the cylinder from the mounting foam.
How to clean a gun
We screw the neck into the gun for cylinders with mounting foam, pour acetone or toluene into the syringe (in principle, an ordinary solvent will do), press the piston, simultaneously pulling the trigger and flush the gun. This way you can quickly and inexpensively clean the nozzle from the mounting foam.
