With this simple device, it’s very easy to “stick” sausages made from minced meat or fish, which you can fry with friends in nature. To do this, you need a plastic bottle, a 90 degree polypropylene corner (for installing water pipes), a medium-sized glass and wooden skewers.

The principle of operation of this device is very simple. We put the minced meat in the bottle cut off at the bottom, and then squeeze it through the polypropylene corner with the “heel” of the glass, into which the wooden skewer is inserted.

The result is neat pressed sausages that will not fall apart during cooking. You can make such a device in just 10-15 minutes. For work, you only need a clerical knife, an electric drill or a screwdriver and a gas burner (or dry alcohol).

The main stages of work

We melt one side of the polypropylene corner using a gas burner, and then screw into it a 0.5 liter plastic bottle. Then, using a clerical or ordinary kitchen knife, cut off the bottom of the bottle.

We drill a small hole in the corner - for the diameter of a wooden skewer, which should quietly pass through it. Then it remains only to choose a suitable glass so that the stand on which the leg is mounted fits snugly against the walls of the bottle.

Then we well lubricate the working capacity and the inside of the corner with vegetable oil, fill the bottle with minced meat and squeeze the sausages using the “heel” of the glass.

The detailed manufacturing process of this simple device can be seen in the video on the website.
