To make this device you will need a piece of a square-shaped steel plate, as well as rectangular strips of thick metal.
And the first thing you need to cut into blanks of suitable sizes. Then the author makes a marking and drills holes in four stripes. In the square plate, drill holes must be drilled.
The main stages of work
In the next step, you need to make two parts that are interconnected using three bolts. One of the structural parts is welded to the base (square plate).
The second part is movable - you need to weld a handle to it, which can be made from a segment of a round pipe. All parts and fasteners (bolts) must be sanded.
In addition, you will need to cut three pieces of pipe into which the bolts will be inserted. After that, you can already begin to assemble and install the device on the desktop.
