If you are gathering with friends for a vacation outside the city or planning a fishing trip, this simple device will definitely come in handy. And you can make it from improvised materials.

For this homemade product, you will need three pieces of reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 1 m each, three bolts with M10 thread, an M10 steel hook, and also ten nuts that fit the same thread.

Manufacturing process

We weld one bolt to each meter section of the reinforcement. For this purpose, it is best to use hex head bolts. After welding, we process the seams with a grinding disc for the grinder.

The reverse side of reinforcing bars needs to be slightly sharpened. This can be done using angle grinders by cutting two oblique corners. From ten nuts we weld a three-beam figure, which should have a convex shape. For this, nuts can be welded on the surface of the cylinder from freon.

We clean the welding spots with a petal circle, and then it is advisable to also go with a tap to clear the internal thread of the nuts of slag. After that we proceed to the final stage of work.

Assembly assembly

We screw a steel hook into the central nut and fix it with a separate nut from below. At the edges of the three branches we screw in the bolts welded to the reinforcement. Then we install the structure in the right place, hook a piece of chain onto the hook and hang the cauldron.
