Workshop turntable manufacturing process
First, the car disk will need to be cut in half by a grinder in half, and only then cleaned of paint. For this, the author uses a sandblasting apparatus. You will also need to clean the hub itself.
The next step is to weld the hub to one of the halves of the car’s rim. And then the second part of the disc is welded to the hub. Previously, under it you need to put two metal plates.
After that, it remains only to cut out a circle of a suitable diameter from the steel grill, and then weld it to the upper half of the car disk.
