In the workshop or garage did you accumulate unnecessary pipe scraps, pieces of metal and a corner? Do not rush to throw them away or take them for scrap. It is possible to make a mobile tool trolley from the materials at hand.
This will require not only your desire, but also skill (in particular, welding skills will definitely not be superfluous). In this case, the author decided to make the design of the trolley into seven sections.
For this, the master uses metal 1 mm thick. The first step is to cut five identical pieces. Curves the sides of 60 mm. They seize the joints. Then he makes two shelves with a side - 140 mm. Seven elements for the future tool trolley are ready.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, you will need 14 blanks of a profile pipe - 30 * 30 mm. For self-tapping screws, you need to screw furniture guides to them. From the pipe - 20 * 20 mm, the master prepares the upper frame and fastens the sheet with a thickness of 2 mm.
There are handles on the sides. Four guide angles are welded to it. Then the master stacks the shelves, leaving gaps. On three sides, it sews the product with sheets.
Four racks are attached to the racks on the back side around the perimeter. Then the wheel platforms are welded to them. Tool trolley ready. It remains only to paint.
The manufacture of a makeshift trolley took 20 hours of work of the master and 10 thousand rubles. Finished is sold - for 16,000. If some of the parts were useless trash - the savings are obvious. Plus - the pleasure of the appearance of a useful thing, assembled by yourself.
