A trolley for a welding machine is no longer a luxury, but a necessity. Using a trolley, it is much more convenient to move the welding machine both indoors and outdoors (for example, in the yard).

Carts can have different sizes, depending on the size of the welding machine: for the inverter, the cart will be smaller, for semi-automatic machines - more.

For production of carts corners and profile pipes are usually used. Also required are swivel castors.

Trolley Making

We cut the workpieces of the required size, grind, and then weld the carriage frame, based on the size of the welding machine.

The difference between the trolleys for semi-automatic welding machines and the trolleys for a conventional inverter is the presence of additional space for the cylinder.

After the main frame is welded, it remains only to weld the castors to the base.

If necessary, a shelf for hand tools can be made in the lower part of the cart. This will require a sheet of metal.

The final touch is grinding and painting. As you can see, to make trolleys for the welder, you do not need to be an experienced craftsman. It is enough to have the right tool at hand, and so that the hands grow from the right place.
