The main material for the manufacture of a carrying handle is a profile pipe. Cut a piece of the profile, drill holes in it at the edges and cut out part of the wall. The first part is ready.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author cuts off two more pieces of the profile, but of a smaller section. They need to drill one hole.
After that, the master cuts a wedge in the shape of a triangle in the middle of the blanks and bends the blanks at right angles.
Then we connect the two side parts with the central one. Next, you will need to cut another piece of the profile pipe.
It is necessary to drill holes in it and cut a part of the wall along the edges. Cutting places must be filed or ground with a petal wheel.
At the last stage, we proceed to the assembly of the device - all elements are interconnected using bolts and nuts.
