A little imagination, glue, paint and ... cereals and a standard, unattractive photo frame can turn into a real exclusive. Such a souvenir will cost a penny, but thanks to the embossed mother-of-pearl surface it will look unusual and expensive. You can decorate the house and present as a gift.
To make such a unique souvenir, we need:
Plastic or wooden photo frame without decor,
Universal adhesive for all surfaces,
Lentils or other cereals
Gloss Spray Paint (Gold or Silver),
Glue sponge,
Newspapers or paper.

To disassemble the photo frame so as not to stain the glass with glue and paint, put it on a table covered with paper. Grease the entire surface of the frame with glue. Glue is most conveniently applied with a sponge - the thicker the layer, the more firmly the cereal will fix. After a layer of glue covers the entire surface of the frame, sprinkle the frame with grits and press it with your hands. In my case, this is lentils, but you can take any cereals. The main thing is to first try the paint on a small amount of cereal and visually evaluate the result. Leave the photo frame for 1-2 hours so that the glue sets.

When the glue hardens, shake off excess cereal from the frame and cover with spray paint. It is better to do this on the street: firstly, because of the smell, and, secondly, so as not to splatter everything around. Glitter paint will look best. I used a car, but I think any will do. Again leave the frame alone for a few hours so that the paint dries and its chemical smell evaporates.

After a day, the glue and paint should dry completely. The frame is ready, you can assemble it and insert a photo into it. Even when using powerful glue, I do not recommend dropping and tilting the frame. It is best to immediately hang it on the wall or fix it on a shelf.
