I’ll tell you about an interesting and very popular technique for transferring images to polymer clay. With her help, you can make completely unique and very beautiful jewelry for yourself or as a gift.
First you need to choose the right image. It is desirable that it be black and white (with color images, I just have not tried it yet). The picture must be printed on a laser (!) Printer and cut the blank of the required size. Now take a small piece of polymer clay. For such products, it is better to take high-quality clay (Fimo, Premo, etc.).

The clay is rolled out to the required thickness, we impose a cut out picture and crop the remaining clay around the edges. Having prepared all the blanks, you need to take formic alcohol (sold in pharmacies), wet a cotton wool with them and dab the image. Repeat this action 5 to 7 times with quite a lot of pressure.

Then you can proceed in different ways: either try to immediately remove the paper carefully (the image should be transferred to clay) and then send the product to the oven, or bake with the paper. Both options are suitable - to whom it is more convenient. In the oven, the workpiece should be about 10 - 15 minutes at a temperature of no higher than 140 degrees.

We cover finished products with a special varnish and bring to the desired form with the help of bijouterie rings, studs, etc. Here are some awesome things in the end - a set of earrings and brooches!

Honestly, it was far from immediately possible for me to accurately and accurately translate the image. It is important to watch that the whole picture fits snugly into the clay!
