A delicious chocolate dessert requires about half an hour for the preparatory process and the same amount of time for baking. For its preparation use chocolate, eggs, sugar, milk or cream. Sometimes coconut or berries are added to the dough. But there is a way that allows you to bake brownies in just 5 minutes with a minimum number of products.

Essential Ingredients


If there were no cookies or chocolate in the house at the sudden arrival of the guests, it does not matter. Prepare fragrant pastries in a cup in just five minutes from the simplest set of products:
  • Sugar - 5 small spoons with a slide;
  • Cocoa powder - 6 teaspoons with a slide;
  • Butter - 30 grams;
  • Milk at room temperature (cream or milk powder with water) - 50 ml;
  • Flour - 5 tablespoons without a slide;
  • Baking powder (optional, optional) - half a teaspoon;
  • Vanillin or cinnamon - on the tip of a knife (optional);
  • A small pinch of salt;
  • Powder for decorating brownie before serving.

For baking, you need a cup with a capacity of 200 ml. This is the standard portion for which the above quantity of products is calculated.
On a note. If there is no large cup, use two smaller ones. Only in this case, you need to consider that you need to bake dessert less in time so that it remains soft and light in texture.

Step-by-step cooking process


Butter must be melted in a microwave oven. To do this, immediately take a glass or plastic container with a capacity of at least 500 ml. It is important that the dishes are suitable for use in the microwave. Put a piece of oil in it and warm up in the defrost mode for about 90 - 120 seconds.

While the butter is warming up, measure sugar and cocoa. They can be mixed in a plate with vanilla. And you can pour it right into the melted butter.

To prevent the dough from being fresh, add a little salt to the loose ingredients.

So, taking out the melted butter from the microwave, add sugar, cocoa and vanillin (or cinnamon) to it.

Mix all the ingredients with a spoon until smooth.

Add milk to the resulting mass. It can be poured in a thin stream, constantly mixing the dough. But it’s permissible if you immediately pour the liquid into the dough, and then mix. At this stage, it will not be possible to obtain a homogeneous mass. Therefore, do not knead for a long time, just connect the products.

Cook the flour. It will take only five spoons, maybe a little less. The dough should not be very thick. Measure the flour directly above the container with the milk mixture. Be sure to ensure that the flour in the spoon is without a slide. Spread some baking powder on top of the flour. If it is not there, it’s okay, you can do it.

Now all the necessary ingredients were in the container. Mix them thoroughly, trying to prevent the formation of lumps. When the dough is ready, take a baking cup. It should not have shiny designs so that it can be used in a microwave oven. Low wide thick-walled capacity is more suitable. In it, brownies will be able to climb a beautiful hat. From the inside, grease the cup with a little oil.

Put all the dough into a cup, evenly pressing it on top with a spoon. You need to try to form a beautiful tubercle. During baking, an even hat with a crispy crust is formed from it.
On a note. Since I was preparing brownies for myself and my friend, I distributed the dough into two cups. They turned out not complete. At the same time, they only had to bake one and a half minutes.

Place the test cup in the microwave at full power for two and a half minutes. Opening the door at this time is not recommended so that the dough does not fall.

Take the finished dessert out of the microwave with a tack or towel, as the cup becomes hot. For serving, garnish pastries with fresh fruit, cocoa, or icing sugar as you wish.
