Felt Bead Bracelet

Felt is an excellent material for needlework. It is soft, dense, does not fool, does not tear and looks beautiful. Interesting and original decorations are made from felt. For example, a bracelet in a marine style, which is perfect as an accessory to beach or light summer clothes.
To make the bracelet, take felt of blue and blue colors, multi-colored beads and white large beads.
Measured the grip of the wrist and draw a bracelet template on paper - a tortuous sea wave.
Then, using this template, we cut out two details from felt - from larger blue felt, and from blue felt smaller. I took a thick blue felt - it is perfect for the base, and the top layer is made of thin blue felt. Details are not yet stitched. We collect white beads on a fishing line. Then the end of the fishing line, if it is long enough, or we insert a new fishing line into a thin needle and sew a row of white beads along the edge of the upper blue layer, stitching at the same time two felt details of the bracelet.
The blue felt is thick enough, the needle clings, but does not pass through, so there are no seams from the inside. If the lower felt is thin, then at the end one more blue detail can be sewn to the base of the bracelet with a decorative seam to hide the seams. Now we collect on the fishing line beads of various colors. Basically it is blue, blue and white beads - in the style of marine themes. I diluted these colors with red, yellow, black and transparent beads.
Sewing each bead is very difficult and long. Therefore, I just gathered beads on one fishing line, and secured it with another fishing line inserted into a thin needle.
The pattern was born in the process. Sew white beads in the distance. For a bracelet, 5-7 pieces are enough.
When the bracelet is ready, go to the clasp. It can be done in several ways. It’s convenient for me to simply sew on a button: fast, neat, easy to fasten without any help. The felt does not break, so there will also be problems with the buttonhole for the button.
Looks beautiful, for example, the tie of a wide blue ribbon, but in this case, you constantly have to ask someone to tie a bow. Made a clasp. Now the bracelet is completely ready.
