In order to make an interesting craft - a box-box in the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day, you will not need special skills, but only your desire and time.
So what we need:

quilling paper,
plain white paper
ordinary cardboard,
color cardboard,
satin fabric
foam rubber
PVA glue,
Scotch,
stapler
scissors,
content to fill.

Initially, we determine the size of the future product. In order for your product to be perfect in size, create an initial heart template from which all calculations will go. You can either draw it yourself, or find it on the Internet. We cut out two copies from ordinary cardboard, one standard, the other 0.5 cm larger, one from ordinary paper and one from color cardboard. Plain cardboard will be the box itself, the rest of the patterns are for decoration. Then, it is necessary to cut out a strip of cardboard with a width such as the height of the rim, and add another 2-3 cm to this size. The length of the strip will be equal to the circumference of the heart template. We bend the edge in width to the remaining 2-3 cm, with an even strip along the entire length, and make cuts every centimeter. Starting from the middle of the heart - a cardboard template, we apply our strip and carefully fix it with tape. If one overlaps heavily, then you can trim the corners of the stripes. And you get something like this.

Now we take the second heart blank, which is 0.5 cm larger, and do the same. We should get a box that closes tightly. Now let's get started. We take quilling paper, quilling accessories, or a cut toothpick, a blank template of a heart from plain paper, and PVA glue. From paper for quilling we make all kinds of curls.

Gently stick them on our template. For gluing - just dip the curl in PVA glue, but not completely, but only the lower part. You get the finished top of the lid.

When the glue dries a little, take a quilling panel and gently stick it on the cardboard cover.

You can decorate a side with color cardboard. The lid is already ready. After that, we proceed to decorate the lower part. We spread foam on the bottom of our finished cardboard box. It needs a little, just close the bottom a little. Using a stapler, gently, from the inside, beat the fabric to the cardboard. After that, stick on the bottom of the colored cardboard template. After that, you can fill the contents of your box.
