Apricot is not a myth, but a fact. A growing child’s body must receive vitamins throughout the year. And where to get them? Of course, in apricot. Apricot contains many beneficial vitamins, including phosphorus and magnesium. It has a beneficial effect on the development of the human brain and improves the development of the skeletal system. Due to the high content of vitamin A, apricot can improve vision.
To prepare healthy fruit for your child for the winter, you can cook apricot juice, mash or make drying.
Consider the method of making apricot puree. For cooking, you need 6 kg of apricot. For mashed potatoes, even too ripe apricots are suitable.
Cooking process:

1. Prepare the apricot. Fruits must be well washed and stoned. From 6 kg of whole apricots you get a full 8-liter bucket with a slide of fruit without stones.

2. Using a blender, beat the apricots to a homogeneous slurry.

Apricots in a blender bowl must be poured in small quantities for high-quality whipping.

3. Cooking cans. While the process of processing apricot is in progress, you need to parallel to sterilize cans. To do this, we alternately set the banks above the steam until the steam leaves the cans. Dry banks set aside until the right time.
4. The resulting mashed potatoes are gradually poured into one container. After processing all apricots, 5 l of mashed potato leaves.
5. Put the container with the apricot puree on the fire and give it time to boil.

6. After the mashed potatoes boil, reduce the heat on the stove. Let the mashed potatoes boil for 15 minutes. In the process of cooking, you should constantly remove the foam.
7. Cooked mashed potatoes begin to roll up. Pour apricot puree into prepared jars and roll up.
8. Turn the jar of mashed potatoes, put on the lid. Thus, we do with all banks.

9. Wrap the jars of mashed potatoes with warm blankets and leave them like that for 3 days. Banks should cool completely.
10. Then we put the finished mashed potatoes into the cellar.

All preservation intended for children's use cannot be stored for more than a year. Therefore, each can with preservation should be marked, indicating the year of blockage. When preserving sugar is better not to add. It can be added before use. Sugar is well replaced with honey. In this case, mashed potatoes will bring even more benefits to the child.
