Today, in the salons of mobile communication there is a huge assortment of covers for cell phones, which will satisfy any needs and tastes. However, it is often necessary to purchase a case for a specific phone model, it turns out that the choice is limited to several standard options. It is very easy to find a silicone case or handbag for a touch phone, but original options are not so easy to find.
Swing case for your phone.
We suggest not to get carried away with the search for commercial offers, but to make an armor-piercing cover for a mobile phone with your own hands. The process will take about three hours of time, if you have everything you need nearby. So, to make a cover you will need:
• Mobile phone. You can do with data on its size, but it is advisable to try on it every detail in the manufacturing process
• Flexible plastic. Plastic paper folder will do
• Leather. Or another fabric. Skin is better
• Metal plate from 1 mm thick. Decking - good
• Tools and more: scissors, marker, ruler, sewing machine, Moment glue
We make the frame.
The frame part is what the whole structure will be supported on. Let's make it out of plastic.

1. We place the phone with the display down on a sheet of plastic, and mark the dimensions of the cell on it. You will need a ruler to accurately verify the dimensions and apply them to the material. In order not to get confused, you can proceed in stages: first "wrap" the phone in a sheet of material, preserving the places of its bending, and only then cut out elements whose position and shape correspond to the cellular controls - display, buttons. You should get something like this frame:

The largest cutout in the center is the display, two "squares" on opposite sides - a window for the camera
2. Try on the frame, it should look something like this:

Mount on the phone.
Frontal part.
The front part is a hinged plate that protects the display of the phone. It may look like the back - depending on the size of the phone. First things first.
1. Let's take a metal plate as a basis. The main thing here is to correctly calculate the strength and weight, since heavy iron will simply pull out a pocket during operation. Corrugated board is suitable, I used an aluminum sheet, from which I made stiffening ribs, bending the edges.
We put the phone face to the sheet, and note the dimensions.

2. Cut the plate:

3. Next, we apply a plate to the skin, and mark its size on the fabric. Repeat the process with another piece of skin. One of them will be external, the other - internal.

in the second figure, a mark is made on the outside of the material for easy sewing.
4. Apply the outside of the marked piece of skin to another piece with similar dimensions. We sew them on the CMM according to the markup:

The height of the "pocket" may be greater than the height of the phone, taking into account the value of another parameter - its width.
5. Cut out unnecessary parts of the material along the seam:

6. Turn over "pocket" =), and "dress" him on a metal plate. The front part is ready!

Making the back.
As already mentioned, the back can be absolutely identical to the front (excluding the size of the cell). To facilitate the design, I replaced aluminum with plastic.

I cut out plastic from a plastic folder. Its main task is to maintain the shape of the body, and not to strengthen it.
We fasten the resulting details.
7. Again we wrap the frame part around the phone case, press its overlapping parts, and glue them.

Two sheathed plates and glued frame part.
8. Cut a hole for the camera eye in the back plate. The edges of the holes can be glued or pulled together with a thread on the inside so that they do not spill.
9. We fasten the front hinged plate (sorry for the terms) and the back plate, using the "extra" millimeters in length, or by sewing an additional piece of leather. The attachment point will hold the hinged plate.

Bonded parts.
10. Attach the back plate to the frame with glue. We dress the finished cover on the phone. For better fixation, the seal can be glued to the inside of the case in contact with the phone case - this will complicate the process of “dressing”, but will protect it from “moving” the case. To ensure that the lid does not come off, you can use a small magnet or Velcro.
Done! In this case, a cover turned out, the cost of an analog of which exceeds the cost of the phone =)
