If you are tired of preparing various fries and side dishes for it, you want to relax on a simple dish and please your spouse with an unusual dinner or breakfast - this simple recipe is for you!

Required ingredients put on the table so as not to forget anything. We will need:
• Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
• Milk (not too fat) - 3 tbsp.
• Wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp.
• Sugar sand - 3 tbsp.
• Salt - to taste
• Refined sunflower oil - 0.5 tbsp.
• Meat (it is better to take minced meat) - 400 gr.
• Onions - 3 pcs.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Butter - how much to eat

Filling.
To begin with, let's get into the filling, so as not to be distracted by it later. Onions should be cut as small as possible, and grate the carrots on a fine grater, all together fry in a pan until light golden brown. Then add the minced meat to the vegetables and fry until it is ready, not forgetting to salt to taste.

Dough.
Beat eggs until foam appears (about 5-7 minutes), then add milk - 1 cup, sugar and salt, continuing to beat until smooth. Sift flour into a dough through a sieve so that there are no lumps. When the flour has dissolved, you need to add another 2 cups of milk and vegetable oil to the mixture. So, the dough for pancakes is ready. Do not worry if it turned out to be too liquid - that's what we need.

Frying pancakes.
Pancakes need to be fried in a well-heated pan, periodically lubricating the surface with the onion, after dipping it in vegetable oil. From the prepared amount of dough, you should get about 25 - 27 pancakes (for 8 - 10 servings), each of which needs to be greased with butter.

Wrap the pancakes.
When all the pancakes are ready, put one of them on a separate plate, put a tablespoon of meat filling in the middle of it, then wrap it in an “envelope”.
Serve pancakes with meat to the table can be both warm and cold, along with sour cream. If you need to reheat the dish, use an oven or microwave. Pancakes with meat, prepared according to this simple recipe, retain exceptional freshness for several days - this is easy to see for yourself. It takes an average of 2 hours to cook this dish.

Bon Appetit!
